Processing & Shipping Time
Our meals are freshly prepared, gently steamed, and immediately flash frozen. We ship your order by express within 36 hours of receipt of payment.
Shipping days
Shipping takes place exclusively from Monday to Thursday. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping method and temperature
Delivery is frozen at -18°C. The package typically arrives frozen the next day or at approximately -3°C. An arrival temperature of up to +4°C is considered proper delivery. If the food has thawed slightly during transport but is still at a maximum of +4°C, it can be refrozen without concern.
Packaging
For shipping, we use environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging with sustainable insulation to reliably ensure the cold chain.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 120. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs specified during the ordering process apply.
Shipment tracking
After shipping, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.
No general right of return
There is no legal right of return in Switzerland. Since we only sell perishable food, returns or exchanges are generally not possible.
Exceptions
Complaints are possible if the delivery is faulty, damaged, or incomplete. In such a case, the complaint must be submitted in writing to info@dailydose.dog within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please include the order number and, if possible, attach photos of the complaint.
Handling complaints
After examining the complaint, the seller will decide at its sole discretion whether to provide a replacement or a refund using the original payment method used.
Exclusions
Opened, partially thawed, or already used products are not eligible for refunds. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable.
Refund deadlines
Approved refunds will be automatically processed via the original payment method within a few days.
