These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered in the Daily Dose by Menzi online shop ( www.dailydose.dog ). All products offered are sold under the registered trademark DAILY DOSE. Daily Dose by Menzi is responsible for the distribution and processing of orders, while DAILY DOSE represents the product brand. By submitting an order via the online shop, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC. Daily Dose by Menzi does not accept any deviating terms and conditions of the customer.

Daily Dose by Menzi reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on the website. The terms and conditions listed at www.dailydose.dog at the time of order apply.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop and this order is accepted by Daily Dose by Menzi, represented by owner Michèle Menzi, through an order confirmation. By placing the order, the customer agrees to purchase the selected DAILY DOSE brand products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The order confirmation email confirms receipt of the order, but does not guarantee the availability of the ordered products. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed and given the option of either waiting for the product or receiving a refund.

• The customer can open a personal customer account when placing an order. However, opening an account is not mandatory. The customer is obligated to provide all information in the customer account correctly and completely. Changes to personal data must be updated immediately.

• The password chosen for the customer account must be kept secret. Daily Dose by Menzi assumes no liability for damages resulting from the unauthorized use of a customer account.

• Daily Dose by Menzi offers subscriptions for selected DAILY DOSE brand products. Subscriptions are ordered and managed via the personal customer profile.

• The subscription will automatically renew for the selected contract period unless canceled at least two weeks before the end of the current contract period. Cancellation can be made via the customer profile or by email (info@dailydose.dog).

All prices on www.dailydose.dog are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

• credit card

• PayPal

• Bank transfer

Payment is due upon order. The goods remain the property of Daily Dose by Menzi until full payment is received.

Delivery within Switzerland is carried out by a delivery company commissioned by Daily Dose by Menzi. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and listed separately.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payments already made for unavailable products will be credited as a credit that can be used for future purchases.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. However, Daily Dose by Menzi voluntarily offers a right of return within 10 days of receipt of the goods, provided the following conditions are met:

• The goods are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

• The return shipment is at the customer’s expense.

The following are excluded from the right of return:

• Perishable goods (e.g. dog food)

• Already opened or used products

• Custom-made products

Defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email ( info@dailydose.dog ) or by telephone.

Michèle Menzi, owner of Daily Dose by Menzi, is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent actions. As a sole proprietorship, the owner is personally and unlimitedly liable with her entire assets. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded.

The customer is obligated to store and use DAILY DOSE brand products according to the instructions. Daily Dose by Menzi assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper storage or handling.

The customer's personal data will be used exclusively for processing the order and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for order processing (e.g., delivery services).

Swiss law applies, excluding international conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Daily Dose by Menzi in Wettswil.
