These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by the Daily Dose by Menzi online shop ( www.dailydose.dog ). All products are sold under the registered trademark Daily Dose for Dogs. Daily Dose by Menzi is responsible for distribution and order processing, while Daily Dose for Dogs represents the product brand. By submitting an order through the online shop, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized by Daily Dose by Menzi.

Daily Dose by Menzi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The currently valid version will be published on the website. The terms and conditions listed on www.dailydose.dog at the time of ordering apply.

The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop and this order is accepted by Daily Dose by Menzi, represented by owner Michèle Menzi, through an order confirmation. By placing the order, the customer agrees to purchase the selected Daily Dose for Dogs products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee the availability of the ordered products. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and given the option to either wait for the product or receive a refund.

• The customer can open a personal customer account when placing an order. However, opening an account is not mandatory. The customer is obligated to provide all information in the customer account correctly and completely. Changes to personal data must be updated immediately.

• The password chosen for the customer account must be kept secret. Daily Dose by Menzi assumes no liability for damages resulting from the unauthorized use of a customer account.

• Daily Dose by Menzi offers subscriptions for selected Daily Dose for Dogs products. Subscriptions can be ordered and managed through your personal customer profile.

• The subscription will automatically renew for the selected contract period unless cancelled at least two weeks before the end of the current contract period. Cancellation can be done via your customer profile or by email (info@dailydose.dog).

All prices on www.dailydose.dog are in Swiss francs (CHF).

The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

• credit card

• PayPal

• Bank transfer

Payment is due upon ordering. The goods remain the property of Daily Dose by Menzi until full payment is received.

Delivery within Switzerland is handled by a delivery company commissioned by Daily Dose by Menzi. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during the ordering process.

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately. Payments already made for unavailable products will be credited as a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

For reasons of health protection and food safety, returns or exchanges of food products are generally excluded.

Complaints regarding damaged, faulty, or incomplete deliveries must be reported by email to info@dailydose.dog within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please include your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the issue.

After reviewing the complaint, Daily Dose by Menzi will decide at its own discretion whether to provide a replacement or a refund via the originally used payment method.

Michèle Menzi, owner of Daily Dose by Menzi, is liable within the framework of the statutory provisions for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent acts. As this is a sole proprietorship, the owner is personally and fully liable with her entire assets. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded.

The customer is obligated to store and use Daily Dose for Dogs products according to the instructions. Daily Dose by Menzi accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper storage or handling.

The customer's personal data will be used exclusively for processing the order and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for order processing (e.g., delivery services).

Swiss law applies, excluding international conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Daily Dose by Menzi in Wettswil.
